Children Policy

we LOVE children….some of us even have a few! However, we do ask that you make child care arrangements and not bring your children with you to your appointment unless they are receiving services.  Many guests look forward to their salon experience as their personal relaxing time. Some of best behaved children are still subject to elements of danger in the salon environment (sharp scissors, hot irons, etc.). Please respect this policy, and accept our appreciation for your understanding in return, when your child is receiving a service, we promise to see that no pesky grownups disrupt their experience.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that cancellations cannot be done via text or Facebook. We understand that things come up in life, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. Please let us know prior to 24 hours if you are planning to reschedule. If you cannot let us know prior to 24 hours, please keep in mind that after the 3rd cancellation you will have to pay for your service prior to booking your appointment.


We do offer complimentary Wi-Fi to our guests during their services. Please ask the Front Desk for the password.

Running Late?

At Dare La Vita we value customer time and satisfaction. To keep wait times to a minimum, we enforce and strict late policy. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your stylist may be unable to take your appointment. We ask that you let us know if you are running late by calling the salon at 334. 745. 8090.  A salon coordinator will let you know of any time restrictions with your appointment or help you reschedule.

More Bang for Your Buck?

At DLV we offer Free Bang trims for existing clients. No need to make an appointment, just swing on by and let us cut them so you don’t have to.


If you are unhappy with your service, please let one of our salon coordinators know within a week of your appointment. We will do our best to correct it for you.

Picking a Stylist Level

At DLV we have many different stylists to choose from. All DLV stylists are licensed and trained professionals, and attend continuing education classes every month. We have built a levels system based off experience and price of service for guests to easily find a stylist they are comfortable with. We also offer an array of upgrade options for guests looking to enrich their salon experience.

Please note the pricing listed on our website is baseline pricing. Factors such as upgrade services can affect the price of your overall service total.

Help a Hairdresser

DLV carries Oribe and Paul Mitchell’s retail line. Both product lines offer regular education to our team. Our  team attends regular classes and hair shows all over the nation. With every product you purchase in Salon, a percentage goes towards future education for stylists at DLV.
